2010-2011 Alabama Roll Tide Golf Preview
The 2009-2010 women's golf team won their first SEC Championship and placed third at the NCAA Championships. They also placed first at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic. Head coach Mic Potter set a challenging schedule for the 2010-2011 season that's testament to the great results the team has posted. The team sees three golfers returning this season; all starters who finished in the Top 15 Individual at the 2010 NCAA Championships. The team is ranked fourth in the Golfweek preseason poll.
Jay Seawell led the 2009-2010 men's golf team to one tournament championship and four top-five team finishes. The 2010-2011 schedule is slated with nine regular season events, three of which are new to the team.
