Ole Miss Men's Golf Will Be a Major SEC Contender

The Ole Miss Men's Golf program has been playing a lot better than one of the worst programs in the SEC if you check the statistics.

They were ranked 18th in the country last fall when they finished playing tournaments and were 20 in the nation starting spring play. I know for a fact there were only a handful of teams in the SEC that were ahead of them at the start of 2008.

They played bad at Florida's tournament but they started the fall season slow too so look for them to shake off the rust and be a major contender in the SEC Tournament on the national level come tournament time.
