I am from Charlotte, NC. While the SEC certainly has become the most talented conference as of late, you can not simply look at winning pct (due to conf. play). Take a look at the top ten schools in Big 4 Bowl History: http://www.cfbdatawarehouse.com/data/rankings/all_time_team_bowl_rankings.php
Also, I think this site fails to mention that until 1976, Big Ten teams were not allowed to play in bowl games outside of the Rose Bowl, unlike the SEC. which could send teams to various bowls. So, of course they will have more wins.
Last year the Big Ten won 66% of its games over the SEC in bowl games.
Both the Big Ten and the SEC are strong conferences with big football traditions. But the Big Ten has had tighter rules to play by for 75% of its existence, so the numbers are very skewed.
